Flit & Flitter would like to introduce you to some of our very favorite people. Incorporated in 1999, BrightStone has been working with adults living with developmental disabilities in the Nashville area. As written in their mission statement, "BrightStone provides a comprehensive work, social support, and future residential community for adults with special needs, expanding their potential and helping them develop mentally, physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually." This collection of fabrics was designed using artwork provided by BrightStone students. Adults and children with developmental disabilities have a special place in our hearts. It is our hope that by donating a portion of the sales of this collection to BrightStone, we will help them get a little closer to their goal of establishing a residential community for their amazing students.
